Richard's walking about but not specially hungry - so I insisted that he eat a piece of bread. When he begins to eat me out of house and home I shall be content that he's better - but he does look very thin now.

Josiah has spent much of the day being sleepy - suggesting that he's got life back to front for the time being. Lucy got a nap after dinner though and slept through to the end of afternoon hospital visiting - when I got back home. We had a game of pictionary and I'd just been given a cup of tea when I realised that I shouldn't be here because it was 5.55pm and not everyone was home from hospital yet.... So I left my tea and headed off again. Ron and I sat in the corridor outside the ward and pontificated on hospitals and lessons learnt - I continued knitting the sock I'm on (nearly up to the toe decreasing on the first of a pair for Ron) - and Ron thought I ought to go home early. So I did. ONce home I had a chat with Josiah and told him that he'd got life back to front, then warmed up my rooibosch and ate a piece of toast. Now I'm off to bed.
