Didn't see Lucy at visiting time this evening over where Ron is - s0 I take that as a good sign.

Ron was ministered to by a dear friend this evening in answer to my prayer / telephone call - then his brother visited and by the end of the evening, with a determination to re-read Psalm 86 I think he's set up for the night. What he didn't tell me earlier was that when his blood pressure went up sky high they put electrodes on his chest until it settled down. He also didn't tell me that he'll be having to have a skin graft - obviously it's not possible to sew the back up again after they've cut out what they needed to. The little drain-machine he has on is working very efficiently - so he feels clean too - which helps.

Thanks for your continued prayer - it really IS making a difference. All authority IS given to Jesus and when you pray to Him, He shows His power and we give Him Praise. Though that doesn't mean it isn't a rocky road....

My throat is still bad - but not so bad as it was 2 nights ago. I shall try and remind myself to take garlic, vitamin C and zinc - I'm sure that would be a good thing to do in the circs.

Philip and Becky are coming tomorrow - that prospect cheered Ron too. He hopes to move to the opposite corner when the man that is now there has moved - he's off home tomorrow. I guess it all adds interest!
