Lucy's now officially a 'failed induction' and is handed over to the obstetric team. She still has a nice room but has got to that point where it seems like the baby will NEVER be born. Please pray especially that a C-section won't be necessary. As many of you know, I was always late (though ultra efficient when things got going....) and it seems my poor daughter has my genes - I told her it is good for character development (she was as unimpressed as I would have been had anyone told that to me at that stage....).

Ron sat out in the sun this afternoon and had quite a flock of visitors - including Lucy and Ben who had walked out in the sunshine to visit him! He's been moved around in the ward and man who kept him awake at night has been moved elsewhere - so please pray that he will sleep well tonight - it's not good for the recovery process to be sleep deprived - nor is it good for morale.
